The I Define ME Movement was birthed out of the SistaKeeper Empowerment Center (501c3) founded by Tracie Berry-McGhee, M.Ed., LPC in April 2004. Its mission is to focus on girls' mental health, wellness, and self-esteem. Our vision aims to promote unity, enhance self-awareness, cultivate character development and leadership skills
local, national, and globally.

Tracie Berry McGhee, M.Ed.,LPC (The Empowernista) is a global speaker, philanthropist, author, licensed therapist, and talk show host. She founded the SistaKeeper Empowerment Center and I Define ME Movement, an international nonprofit organization for girls. She also created the Own Your Now Show, a PBS Nine Network wellness show that inspires, uplifts, and empowers women to keep their cups full!
